Through meticulous research and data-driven analysis, I can evaluate virtually any factor when it comes to finding the perfect place for you. Do you care deeply about school system quality? Career opportunities? Spoken language diversity? How often you can take a jog without a jacket? Proximity to an independently-owned bookstore? No factor is too big or small to cover.
Analytical process
I use a custom, analytical process with data sourced from industry-leading sources for any factor you care about. If it's important to you, I’ll find data on it and consider it to compare cities. I can consider anything from craft breweries, to the political environment, to the proximity to your favorite aunt, to finding a gym that is similar to your current favorite.
Tailored recommendations
I provide carefully curated options that align with your vision for the future. You get a detailed report on the top cities I recommend for you, plus data about each city I evaluated. Within the top-recommended cities, I suggest specific neighborhoods based on your preferences.
Ongoing support
Relocating is a big decision, and I’m here to support you throughout the entire process. I’m available to answer questions and provide a sounding board as you narrow down your choices. I can also help plan visits to recommended cities to experience them yourself. My goal is to make your decision as smooth as possible.

Approach
The process typically takes 3 weeks and includes:

Introductory call. We get to know each other and discuss the process to decide if my services are a good fit. This call is free.

Questionnaire. You fill out a questionnaire to provide me with information on your situation.

Discussion session. 1-hour session where I review your questionnaire with you and compile the list of factors to evaluate for the cities we consider.

Research. I conduct my extensive research process. We may have check-ins during the research process as I dig deeper.

Recommendations. You receive a written report suggesting specific cities and we meet to review my recommendations. You can continue to contact me as you work through your decision and ask questions about my findings.

Typical investment: $2000 for the standard package which assumes planned relocation within the United States. However, sliding scale pricing is available and every situation is unique. Reach out and we can discuss your needs and how we can meet them on your budget.
